I am a multidisciplinary designer and animator, creating work that delivers results, without costing the earth.
I have a range of experience producing campaigns, publications and identities across print and digital media, and I specialise in the following fields:
- Data visualisation and information design
- Animation
- Arabic design and typography
An upbringing in Egypt as a British citizen has given me a deep understanding of the interplay between Arabic and English, as well as the cultural differences inherent in this. Years spent designing in Arabic in the UK and the Middle East have allowed this understanding to develop into a rare knowledge of the nuances of bilingual hierarchy, Arabic typography and messaging.
Throughout all the projects I work on, the social and environmental impacts are considered from the outset. This allows key decisions around waste reduction and social value to be taken earlier on in the design process, saving time and producing a positively impactful outcome.
